Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Manager for Uniontown Hospital in PA managing a team of 45. This is primarily a Mon-Fri position supporting Day Shift (7:30am start time), unless business needs dictate vacation or some weekend coverage. Prior Environmental Services experience required, must be results driven and must understand employee engagement and be committed to a winning team culture.
In 2020, Uniontown Hospital joined the West Virginia University Health System with the mission to provide exceptional care, close to home. Since joining the WVU Medicine family, Uniontown Hospital has expanded primary care and specialty care services throughout the county and surrounding areas.

Today, the 145-bed facility employs over 1,000 individuals and is utilized by more than 200 medical staff representing more than 30 medical specialties. In February 2024, Uniontown Hospital was named an Achievement Award Winner by The Hospital and Health system Association of Pennsylvania (HAP) in recognition of the organization's efforts to engage a workforce around a common purpose: patient safety.

What You Bring
- have experience leading, training and managing a team and is a leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service delivery;
- have customer service and/or guest satisfaction skills in a health care or hospitality setting
- possess strong leadership skills and has the ability to work independently to drive programs and initiatives;
- 2-3 years of custodial experience;
- monitor compliance and reach project target dates of completion;
- are results and safety driven.
