What You'll Do

• Manage energy and sustainability data, reporting, and innovation initiatives across various projects.
• Evaluate the viability of sustainability, energy efficiency, and technical projects for implementation.
• Work with technical experts, capital project teams, supply chain, and community managers to deliver projects.
• Provide sustainability, energy, and carbon footprint expertise to both Sodexo and client teams on-site.
• Identify and explore partnerships with vendors, utility rebate programs, and manage the approval process.
• Track and verify sustainability initiative outcomes, manage energy audits, test energy technologies, and report regularly to stakeholders on progress against agreed metrics

What You Bring

• Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or equivalent required.
• Proven experience managing sustainability projects from start to finish.
• Expertise in Sustainability, Energy, and Climate Action.
• Experience in sustainability across multi-site, multi-disciplinary environments.
• Client-facing experience in sustainability roles.
• Strong understanding of sustainability challenges in facilities management, with digital platform skills for tracking and reporting progress. Strong communicator and educator on sustainability topics.
