What You'll Do

  • Act as a trusted advisor central to the client partnership and key to delivering results that meet client needs.
  • Have direct accountability for operational excellence - achieved by delivering on our contractual obligations and our service commitments that are: Predictable, Reliable, and Repeatable.
  • Lead and further develop facilities business in Environmental Services

What You Bring

  • Experience in environmental services operations management as well as working in multiple sites.
  • Knowledge of latest trends and innovations to drive client value
  • Track record demonstrating strong leadership skills
  • Ability to build and develop a strong team
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact from frontline to C-suite
  • Business development skills to identify and successfully target growth opportunities among existing clients
  • Financial and creative problem-solving acumen
  • A work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
  • Culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, demonstrating professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
  • A preference to demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) or is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.
