The successful District Manager candidate will have:
- Strong team development skills, client relationship skills,
- Proven successful P&L management experience,
- Coordinate and direct subordinate managers, supervisors, and frontline employees,
- Lead the team's financial performance, client retention, policy compliance, and employee training & development,
- Demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage workload,
- Experience working with clients and VP in areas relating to contract and account operations.
