Sodexo is seeking an experienced individual for a Director of Operations position, ideally based in the PA/NJ area, though candidates from other locations will be considered. The director will manage and direct clinical activities for both biomedical and imaging teams. This role is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient management of healthcare technology services, and driving operational excellence across accounts. The director will work closely with senior leadership, clients, and the HTM team to optimize service delivery, improve client satisfaction, and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements. The role requires 75% travel to various client sites and operational locations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage HTM operations team, ensuring the smooth delivery of healthcare technology services across multiple accounts.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service quality, efficiency, and overall performance of HTM services.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of operations, identifying areas for improvement
  • Manage, mentor, and develop HTM operations to ensure a high level of performance, engagement, and career development

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare technology management or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing operations within a healthcare or technical services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, industry standards, and best practices in medical equipment management.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving profitability.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships and effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
