We are currently searching for a Director, Entegra Client Services. This role is responsible for establishing Entegra Mid-Market Client Segment support strategy to ensure achievement of annual regional sales growth plan and ensure the achievement of established client financial targets through planning, implementation and review of dynamic business plans, taking into consideration short- and long-term goals, resources needed and scope of service.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the full P&L of clients within the segment to ensure the achievement of financial targets through planning, implementation, and review of dynamic business plans, taking into consideration short- and long-term goals, resources needed and scope of service.
  • Responsible for the strategic segment plan, reviewed with executive leadership, that will align with organizations' overall strategy.
  • Manage a team of professionals to ensure client retention and growth that aligns with the organizations targets
  • Develop, manage, and maintain all aspects of segment relationships, including aligning cross functional teams in finance, sales, value analysis, marketing to grow and retain assigned segment, expansion of the Web of Influence, coaching of direct and indirect teams.
  • Responsible for direct analysis of opportunities and will analyze, interpret, communicate, and coordinate all functions supporting implementation of contracted services and product optimization with clients and customers to drive financial performance and client satisfaction.

  • GPO or broadline distribution experience across hospitality, restaurant, healthcare and leisure industries.
  • Account Management experience with client interaction, client leadership, operators and other client team members.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience: 3+ Years of Account Management experience with client interaction, client leadership, operators and other client team members and GPO or broadline distribution experience across hospitality, restaurant, healthcare and leisure industries.

Minimum Functional Experience: 7 years
