Sodexo is seeking an experienced Patient Services Manager Dietitian/RD2 to join the Food and Nutrition team at Oklahoma Children's Hospital OU Health, a 345-licensed bed hospitallocated in Oklahoma City, OK. As a Patient Services Manager Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for managing the patient dining program prioritizing patient satisfaction in addition to supporting retail operations.

What You'll Do

The successful candidate will:

  • Evaluate and develop service levels for the overall Patient Services Program targeted to exceed patient and customer satisfaction;
  • Oversee Sodexo's Patient Dining Program and diet office staff;
  • Exceed Sodexo standards for Gold Checks and achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits.
  • Strong management skills, preferably in healthcare.
  • Have ability to creatively problem solve, work independently with minimal supervision and use good judgment to make decisions and work within a self-directed team oriented work environment

What You Bring

  • Experience with oversight of diet offices; and/or strong management skills, preferably in healthcare.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implement company policies
  • Has a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
  • Has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
  • Can demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC), and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement:
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:
Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

Credentials Requirement:
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years experienced practitioner able to work with minimal supervision
