Our Culinary Supervisor will responsible for ensuring that cooks guests receive an exceptional level of service by assisting guests at points of sale.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Provides supervision and direction to culinary staff in accordance with Sodexo Live! standards and policies.
- Ensure that food is prepared, portioned, held and served at correct temperatures and presented according to standards.
- Assist in coordinating the flow of work within the culinary department to maximize quality and efficiency
- Contributes to goal of making Sodexo Live! #1 in Event Hospitality and the #1 Employer of Choice through personal commitment and leading by example.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent and experience in food preparation in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently and in a high stress, fast paced environment
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility in an often tightly quartered environment.
- Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays
