What You'll Do

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Design or Engineering is preferred
  • Have Experience Budgeting, Estimating and Scheduling Construction Projects is required
  • Have the Ability to earn our client partner's trust and follow up upon completion of projects Have Experience in interior design and furnishing selections is preferred
  • Strong design experience and AutoCAD - Revit expertise is preferred
  • Have experience developing scope of work and communicating complex projects to our client partners to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
  • Drive decisions based on data and changing needs, and by building and maintaining strong client relationships

What You Bring

  • Experience managing renovation and new construction projects up to $100,000 in value
  • AutoCAD / Revit expertise
  • Negotiation skills, and experience, preparing subcontracts, ensuring subcontractors understand expectations of the projects and client
  • Experience with development of project schedules and execution according to plan
  • Experience as primary onsite project leader to develop cost estimates and sub-contractor scope documents and solicitations for bids
  • Experience ensuring project document controls are in compliance with contract requirements and Sodexo standards
