Role Overview
Sodexo is #NowHiring for our Campus Conference Services Manager for Catering and Events at Whitworth University, located in Spokane, WA. Our successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of professional communication with high-profile clients, managing large conferences on college campuses. Our polished professional leader will have experience navigating campus department relationships and building a team culture on campus to facilitate scheduling meeting rooms on campus. Strong business and financial acumen are required to manage contracts, permits, tax exempt documentation, certificates of insurance and more. This role will manage complex presentation technologies including video conferences and large-scale broadcasts. This is a potential sale, and contingent offers will be made.

What You'll Do
- Manage the budget and identified corrections and cost savings in the budget
- Navigate campus department relationships and build a team culture on campus
- Manage complex presentation technologies including video conferences and large-scale broadcasts
- Communicate with high-profile clients to guide decision making on culinary, display, and event design experience in events
- Manage contracts and legal documents including permits, tax exempt, minors on campus, certificates of insurance

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 1 year
