Sodexo is seeking a part-time Community Outreach Dietitian at UH Medical Center in Cleveland, OH. This Community outreach position working in the University Hospital Food for Life Markets. The Dietitian will conduct nutrition education, participate in cooking demos with a Chef, teach classes and work closely with food insecure population.
This position is at least 24 hours per week, with the opportunity to pick up additional hours, hours can be flexible, Monday - Friday, regular business hours.

The successful candidate will:
- walk the clients through the UH Food for Life Market, providing informal counseling on dietary needs and optimal food choices;
- manage the materials and food inventory of the Food for Life Market for clients identified as food insecure; and
- participate in community events such as food collection programs, cooking demos and classes.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement:
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:
Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
Credentials Requirement:
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
