Sodexo is seeking a strategic-minded Client Executive 2 (Single Client) to support Sharp Healthcare in the San Diego, CA. This position will oversee multiple locations (5) within the market that has a focus on environmental services and client relations across different client accounts.
The Client Executive must have a proven track record of driving outcomes in a complex business environment supporting Environmental Services. Additional qualifications include strong financial acumen, talent management, communication skills and a demonstrated track record of developing strong client relationships.

The Client Executive is a trusted advisor central to the client partnership and key to delivering results that meet client needs. Has direct accountability for operational excellence - achieved by delivering on our contractual obligations and our service commitments that are: Predictable, Reliable, and Repeatable.
The successful candidate will:
- work directly with clients and RVP in all matters relating to contract and account operations in order to establish and maintain a mutually beneficial business relationship that ensures account retention.
- coordinate and direct all activities including financial performance, client retention, and policy compliance
- achieve, deliver and maintain company and client financial targets and goals
- manage, develop, mentor and engage with subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline employees
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships
The ideal candidate will have:
- experience in environmental services/custodial operations management in a healthcare setting
- seasoned experience as a general manager (GM) or director for a large and/or multi-unit facility in healthcare, hospitals, and/or contract services
- demonstrated leadership skills and proven ability to foster culture, retain employees, and develop large teams and subordinate managers
- business development skills to identify and successfully target growth opportunities among existing clients
- strong financial acumen and technical skills
- proven ability to work through barriers like staffing issues and client requests.
