Sodexo is seeking a Client Executive 1 for a new sale in Fayetteville, NC. This position will oversee 7 units in the Cape Fear Valley Health System. The Cape Fear Valley Health System is the 8th largest health system in the state with916 patient beds, serving a six-county region of Southeastern North Carolina and more than 935,000 patients annually

The successful candidate should have strong financial acumen, talent management, communication skills and front-line leadership, in addition to a demonstrated track record of developing strong client relationships.

You have:

  • Experience in food services operations management as well as working in multiple sites.
  • Knowledge of latest trends and innovations to drive client value
  • Track record demonstrating strong leadership skills
  • Ability to build and develop a strong team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Client relationship skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact from frontline to C-suite
  • Business development skills to identify and successfully target growth opportunities among existing clients
  • Financial and creative problem-solving acumen

  • have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;

  • prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or
  • Preference to demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) or is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.
