Sodexo is seeking a Kitchen Manager / Chef Manager to support our dining services at Aviva Pembroke, in Virginia Beach, VA. We are seeking a talented individual who will commit to the challenges of creating and delivering a operational-culinary-driven fine-dining experience. This is a hands-on, working managers role requiring previous experience managing upscale food production, with retail and/or restaurant upscale full service management experience preferred. Lead line cooks, line supervisors, anyone ready to advance but not being given an opportunity at their current position, we want to talk.

- demonstrate working knowledge of Retail systems, automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems as well as menu graphics programs.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
