Sodexo is seeking a Chef Manager for Historic Homes of Runnemede located in Windsor, VT. The hours for this role will typically fall between Mondays-Fridays, however occassional off shift and/or weekend coverage may be needed. The Chef Manager will oversee a team of 5. At this location, our team also manages a Meals on Wheels program from the kitchen.
Historic Homes of Runnemede is a not-for-profit group of historic homes dedicated to providing care and comfort to seniors in a home-like environment. Our campus consists of three historic buildings, all of which are located in the heart of downtown Windsor.

The successful candidate will:
- successfully coordinate all required tasks through hourly staff
- deliver high quality food services for resident meal management operations and Meals on Wheels participation
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- ensure compliance with HACCP, regulatory and Sodexo standards

- ServSafe certification is preferred, or readiness to take the exam on site with GM
- experience in a food production setting, healthcare environment would be a plus
