Sodexo at Colorado School of Mines is seeking a dynamic Catering Director (Catering Manager 4) to grow our catering business in beautiful Golden, Colorado!. This Catering Director must have an ownership management style, great communication skills, very organized and great at developing teams! If you feel you have the attributes we desire, please apply! As Catering Director, you will oversee all catering activities on Campus -from high volume and high profile catering, camps, conferences, weddings as well as the day to day catering on campus.

This Catering Manager will need previous leadership role in high end and high volume Catering / Banquet events and will develop excellent executive client relations, campus alumni relations. Seeking an experienced multi-tasker who can coordinate multiple events daily. From High end plated service to high volume buffets.
This leader will mentor, train and develop catering managers and coordinators - experience with mentoring building cohesive teams required.

- 3-5 years Senior Catering Captain or Banquet Captain experience with managing multiple events per day
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent leadership/team building skills
- Ability to handle catering at all levels from students to executives

Qualifications & Requirements
