What You'll Do
- Oversee catering operations for four campus buildings, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage a variety of catering events, ranging from simple breakfasts and box lunches to large buffets and exclusive VIP events.
- Coordinate high-end catering for VIPs, including plated meals and smaller, high-profile gatherings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth and repeat engagements.
- Demonstrate expertise in sales, team building, and event planning to ensure seamless operations.
- Supervise and train a team of 10 hourly employees, manage inventory, ordering, and maintain strict cost control for catering events.

What You Bring
- Demonstrated knowledge in casual, high-volume, fine dining, and banquet management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of the technical aspects of catering.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and mentoring a diverse and talented catering staff.
- Ability to multi-task, delegate, and coordinate multiple events.
- A systems-based approach to meet and exceed each event's unique requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
