The Good Eating Company is seeking Catering Manager to manage our catering team. The ideal candidates are an organized and effective leader with a background in event planning and management. The catering manager must have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering memorable client experiences. Prior hands-on on corporate service and high-volume catering experience essential for this role!

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of all events, ensuring they meet client expectations
  • Ability to build and mentor a solid catering team who share same level commitment and passion to catering, quality presentation, customer service, professionalism
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements
  • Work with the Sodexo culinary team to ensure delivery of the menu
  • Prepare and manage budgets for each event
  • Monitor expenses and find cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality of service
  • Hire, train, and supervise event staff
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, including revenue, expenses, and customer feedback, to make data-driven decisions and improvements
