Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a Catering Executive Chef to join our team in St Louis, MO.

The Catering Executive Chef will be responsible for food production for our catering operation. This location serves Breakfast and Lunch M-F. Our food operation consists of one cafe which includes cafe services, catering and coffee services. The Catering Executive Chef will be instrumental in elevating the food offering, ensuring quality and presentation. In addition to a strong culinary background, this position requires strong organizational skills, ability to lead a team and give directions. The Ideal candidate will have high volume catering experience. Other Duties include but not limited to:

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
