The Good Eating Company is seeking a Cafe Operations Manager for a potential high-profile client in the DC Metro area.

The Café Operations Manager of food service will support the total unit operating responsibilities including the supervision of hourly staff with a focus on excellent customer experience.The clients have created a beautiful, contemporary "workplace of the future", - this role will be responsible for delivering services that match the environment. The best-qualified candidate will possess good team building, financial acumen, client relationships, and tech skills.

What You'll Do
- Manage frontline staff
- Oversee the cafe's financial paperwork
- Manage daily operations of food service to ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory, and resources, ensures operating standards are met
- The opening and closing the operation
- Be innovative every day
- Have oversight of daily operations

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
