Sodexo's Healthcare Technology Management team seeks an experienced, reliable, & personableBiomedical Engineering Supervisor for Cap Code Healthcare in Hyannis, MA. We are looking for a positive and motivated supervisor to join our team. Working in Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) for Sodexo, you will partner with our Healthcare clients to manage their clinical technology needs. What You'll Do

  • Oversee biomedical services, including technician management and scheduling of preventative maintenance activities.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to biomedical technicians, ensuring quality work and adherence to safety standards.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) team to manage clinical technology needs in partnership with healthcare clients.
  • Offer leadership and expertise in healthcare technology operations to support business, patient care, and staff needs.
  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained, serviced, and repaired to meet operational standards and support patient safety.

What You Bring

  • Experience repairing, maintaining and calibrating medical devices
  • Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • The ability to be organized, resourceful, adept at making decisions and managing budgets
  • Strong service focus to include the ability to engage staff, vendors and client to ensure service is continually sustained at a high level
  • Leadership capabilities to oversee operations, client relations, and supervise their technician and engineering staff
  • Excellent communication, customer service and time management skills

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or a related field
