Sodexo has an exciting opening for a Benefits Administrator to join our Corporate Benefits team in Cheektowaga, NY. This is a hybrid position and requires 3 days in the office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administer benefits for union employees (plan set-up, enrollments/changes, terminations)
- Assist with union fund audit reviews
- Monthly reporting and disbursements
- Research, analyze and resolve related benefit/reporting issues
- Liaison to field human resources staff, unit managers, union negotiators, and third-party carriers
- Other duties as assigned

The successful candidate will have the following background/skillset:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years' experience in Human Resources Benefits
- Knowledge of regulatory laws: ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA (Affordable Care Act)
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven problem resolution skills
- Attention to detail and time management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP and ADP preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet critical processing deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
