What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily food operations across multiple units, ensuring high-quality product delivery.
  • Achieve company and client financial goals, including managing cash handling and POS systems.
  • Develop and nurture strong client and customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
  • Motivate, coach, mentor, and develop both frontline and management staff to reach their potential.
  • Ensure compliance with Sodexo standards, including food safety, sanitation, and physical safety programs.
  • Monitor and assess team performance, implementing improvements to achieve operational excellence.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience managing multiple locations and overseeing diverse teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Experience managing complex budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional communication and customer service.
  • Proficient in automated food inventory, ordering systems, production management, and menu graphics programs.
