Role Overview
Sodexo Live! is looking to add a strong Aviation Lounges Senior Director of Culinary Operations to our executive team. As the Senior Director of Culinary for Sodexo Live's Airport Lounge Segment, you will serve as the operational culinary leader responsible for driving food quality, consistency, and team development across a portfolio of premium airport lounges. This role is rooted in hands-on support, continuous improvement, and culinary team empowerment-ensuring each location delivers exceptional guest experiences through best-in-class execution. This is a remote role with 40% estimated travel nationally.

Some of your key daily responsibilities will include: Operational Excellence, Training and Development, Leadership and Talent Development, Guest Experience and Brand Standards, Field Engagement, and Business Development Support.
What You'll Do
The Senior Director of Culinary Strategy is a position that develops our NorAm Culinary strategy and makes it come to life by activating the following processes. Manages a team of culinarians who's main job is to support the following activities:
- The Senior Director of Culinary Strategy is responsible for the development and actioning the North America Culinary Strategy and aligning the strategy with Segment leadership, Marketing, Finance, Supply Management and the Corporate Social Responsibility Team.
- Owns the culinary development and menu process that deliver on theoretical costing targets by segment and Menu type.
- Owns and coordinates Supply Management activities to develop product specifications and selection process defining qualitative and quantitative financial measurement that drive direct financial value to the organization. This enables our DRIVE end to end process
- Recipe Development: Manages team that develop and test recipes for our diverse menu needs. Recipes need to deliver on quality, costs, user acceptability and customer satisfaction. This body of work enables our DRIVE end to end process
- Works with Corporate Social Responsibility team in defining sustainable eating and packaging strategies within our menus and measuring the impact our business segment and our global targets.
