Snowflake is seeking a versatile and results-driven Sr. Technical Revenue Analyst to join us at our office in Dublin, CA. This role will be a key member of the Technical Revenue team as Snowflake continues its fast-paced growth and innovative Product releases.

The ideal candidate will have experience partnering with Deal Desk and Legal teams and NPI, managing internal and external auditors, thinking through and documenting complex deal and revenue structures.

AS A SENIOR REVENUE ANALYST YOU WILL:
  • Perform contract analysis review and prepare related revenue schedules to verify revenue contracts have been accurately recorded.
  • Ownership of reconciliations and other processes within the revenue close cycle.
  • Manage revenue support requests from internal and external audit teams.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of key revenue data and metrics.
  • Partner with Order-to-Cash cross functional teams to ensure all fully executed agreements are properly processed and accounted for.
  • Collaborate with Dealdesk and Legal to make improvements in the contract management process.
  • Maintain documentation for revenue accounting processes and update related memos and data.
  • Assist with other special projects as needed; drive projects to successful completion.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • 4+ years of revenue accounting and related experience under US GAAP, preferably in the Technology industry.
  • Working knowledge of ASC 606 and related revenue pronouncements.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel
  • Expertise in Financing reporting, Internal Control Design and ownership of Audit relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required
  • CPA or equivalent accounting certification is strongly preferred; big 4 experience is a plus.
  • Experience with SFDC, Workday or other ERP system and revenue accounting system (e.g., RevPro, RAR).
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; effective multitasking skills are vital.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Adaptable and flexible to change.
