We are seeking a high-potential SDR Enablement Manager to help us scale Snowflake's best-in-class Sales Development organization. The individual in this role will be responsible for designing talent development programs and building enablement resources. This role will report into the Marketing and SDR Operations team and work closely with the Sales Development management team.

You might be a seasoned enablement professional looking to have impact at scale, a sales leader with a track record of operational excellence, or an SDR manager looking to transition into enablement.

  • Sales Development experience a plus
  • Have a passion for enabling others to reach their full potential
  • Can stay highly organized and execute autonomously on tasks
  • Enjoy hands-on coaching and training of sales talent in the art of prospecting and qualifying
  • Can demonstrate your ability to deliver on an enablement project plan, while proactively identifying and removing blockers to project success
  • Understand how to translate business process changes into meaningful documentation and training content
  • Have authored training materials, process documentation, or supported professional onboarding efforts
  • Possess expertise in the following platforms:
    • Salesforce Sales Cloud
    • Outreach
    • Gong or call analytics software
    • ZoomInfo/Lusha
    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    WHAT YOU'LL DO:
    • Enablement Programming
      • Design and optimize onboarding program for regional SDR hires across our teams
      • Manage 1 direct report to deliver US onboarding and align closely with enablement specialists in EMEA and APJ
      • Analyze and refresh sales collateral, messaging, email templates, and other enablement material
      • Define SDR management coaching expectations and frameworks
      • Align to the overall Field Sales Team enablement and training
      • Ensure SDRs are trained and updated on new product launches and Snowflake offerings
      • Author documentation and learning paths for new hire and in-seat SDRs
    • Career Pathing
      • Own the overall "SDR lifecycle" in partnership with SDR leadership, sales leadership, and sales enablement
      • Define the milestones, certifications, and criteria for SDR promotions, both within the SDR org and into other functions
      • Build and optimize an SDR competency matrix outlining levels of proficiency in areas such as business acumen and product knowledge
    • Sales Process & Messaging
      • Collaborate on strategy and messaging for the sales engagement platform (Outreach)
      • Incorporate sales process and tooling knowledge into SDR documentation and learning paths
      • Author business process documentation in LucidChart, Seismic, Google Slides, and Google Docs
      • Build call coaching plans and define call scorecards
    • Campaign Alignment
      • Own SDR enablement strategy related to major marketing campaigns including Snowflake Summit and our Data for Breakfast series
      • Design and deliver cross-functional go-to-market playbooks that maximize the impact of marketing campaigns and outbound, account-based sales plays
      • Proactively align with sales and marketing leadership on regional priorities related to product positioning, account segmentation,

    The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
    • The estimated base salary range for this role is $128,000 - $178,500.
    • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.


    The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
