We are looking for a Proposal Manager who is accustomed to organizing, formatting, and submitting solicitation responses within Europe, the Middle East, and Africa ("EMEA"). In this role you will work directly with the sales team, technical writers, channel partners, and product managers to understand the needs of our customers, strategize on how to navigate winning bid cycles, provide compelling value-based narratives, and ultimately close business.

As a Snowflake Proposal Manager, you must share our passion about reinventing the Data Cloud space, thrive in a dynamic environment and have the flexibility and willingness to jump in and get things done.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:
  • Coordinate and respond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs submitted by agencies within the EMEA Region.
  • Work hands-on with sales and technical teams to communicate the value of Snowflake technology in a manner consistent with our standard bid response processes.
  • Immerse yourself in the ever-evolving procurement industry, understanding purchasing trends and standards in multiple countries.
  • Maintain and update our bid response templates, partner packages, and other materials used in bid response specific to EMEA.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Engineering Managers to understand their needs and priorities.
ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
  • 3-5 years of proposal management experience, with a minimum of 3 working with EMEA customers.
  • Outstanding organization and communication skills to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Broad range of experience within the IT space, large-scale Data Platform technology and cloud technologies desirable.
  • Hands-on expertise with AI tools is highly desirable.
