We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager, EMEA Partner Marketing to manage a team of EMEA partner marketers focused on elevating impact for Snowflake partner marketing in the EMEA region. This hands-on front-line manager role is focused on operational execution and personnel management to deliver effective partner marketing programs in collaboration with internal and external (partner) stakeholders. Your team's mission will be to enable programmes for our partners that drive demand, enhance co-marketing efforts, and achieve measurable business results through efficient and innovative programmes that can be executed regionally.

- Lead, coach, and manage a team of partner marketers, ensuring their success in delivering high-impact marketing campaigns across the EMEA region according to the strategic priorities set by management.
- Develop and execute tactical pan-EMEA partner marketing plans to support business objectives, including joint demand generation, enablement, and co-branded activities.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales teams, regional partner marketing teams, global marketing teams, and partner management teams to align marketing efforts with their revenue goals and priority partners.
- Track, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring performance metrics are met and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Build strong relationships with key partners, understanding their business needs and ensuring that marketing initiatives align with their goals.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the team to manage workflow, campaign execution, and project timelines.
- Oversee the execution of partner marketing programs across multiple marketing channels, including digital, events, content, and social media, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
- Monitor and manage partner marketing development funds for the EMEA region, ensuring accurate forecasting, spend management, and return on investment (ROI) analysis.
- Act as a point of escalation for partner marketing challenges, resolving issues promptly and effectively to maintain positive relationships and campaign performance.
Skills required to be successful:
- Experience: 5+ years in a partner marketing or channel marketing role, with at least 2 years (or equivalent) in a managerial position, preferably in a multinational company or B2B technology environment.
- People Leadership: Proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support for career development.
- Operational Execution: Strong operational skills with a track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns from concept to completion across multiple channels.
- Partner Relationships: Experience building and maintaining productive relationships with external partners, including resellers, integrators, and technology alliances.
- Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and effectively collaborate with sales, local field marketing, alliances, and EMEA and global marketing teams.
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze campaign performance, make recommendations, and optimize strategies for better outcomes.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
- Regional Expertise: Familiarity with the EMEA cloud, analytics, and AI market, cultural nuances, and an understanding of partner ecosystems within the region.
