We are seeking an experienced Manager, Marketing Operations & Technology to help us grow and develop our marketing technology function within the Marketing Operations team. The ideal candidate is a player-coach with hands-on experience optimizing marketing automation technologies, lead management processes and data enrichment strategies while innovating within a rapidly evolving marketing technology landscape.

Snowflake utilizes a hybrid work model, with 3 days a week in the San Mateo office.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Define Snowflake's MarTech roadmap in partnership with marketing leaders, operations

    teams, and IT
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for marketing automation (Marketo) and oversee

    MarTech integrations (e.g. Marketo and Salesforce)
  • Manage and mentor a focused team of marketing operations specialists by creating a

    culture that empowers the team to become trusted strategic partners
  • Drive funnel technologies and associated processes to optimize conversation paths and

    improve conversion rates
  • Maintain lead routing programs and supporting processes
  • Oversee the management and optimization of marketing automation tools ensuring

    campaigns run smoothly, deliver personalized experiences, and align with business

    goals
  • Own and drive execution of data management programs to ensure data quality and

    completeness
  • Define and maintain audience segmentations and requirements to support Snowflake's

    buyer journey
YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations with 2+ years managing people
  • Marketo Certified Expert (or equivalent experience)
  • Salesforce Certified Admin (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong understanding and technical proficiency with marketing automation workflows,

    integrations, and data management
  • Experience scaling lead routing, MQL models and account-based funnels
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive new marketing strategies, particularly in

    areas like GenAI and product-led growth
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience scoping, executing, and leading

    cross-functional projects to successful completion
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to guide and develop a team of

    operations specialists
  • Experience with LeanData, SQL, Snowflake, Workato, Adobe Experience Manager,

    Demandbase, Ringlead, Mutiny, and ZoomInfo are all a plus

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $148,000 - $206,800.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.


The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
