Snowflake's Sales Operations organization is seeking a Field Operations Manager to support our North American Enterprise sales team. In this role, you will partner with cross functional teams in defining, landing, and executing Snowflake's strategic priorities. You will apply your strategic planning, financial acumen, creative thinking, and deep analytics skills to deliver key projects of the Sales Operations team: annual business planning, territory optimization, pipeline and forecast analysis, etc.
Reporting to the North American Enterprise Field Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in providing insightful analyses and actionable recommendations to the sales leadership team that will influence strategy and implementation of objectives aimed to achieve Snowflake's business goals. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Operational Excellence
- Lead, execute and drive the daily, weekly and quarterly operational cadence and strategy across the geo/regions/districts you support
- Communicate effectively across the business operations ecosystem and sales segments to drive operational excellence on business initiatives
- Collaborate across business operations, sales segments, and cross-functional teams to drive successful initiatives and resolve escalations related to quoting, pricing, compensation, and deal approvals
- Act as key advisor/thought partner to sales leadership by proactively analyzing gaps in the business, delivering insights, and guiding to recommended next best actions
- Business Planning
- Partner with sales management to drive territory planning, quota setting, and business plan execution
- Lead projects for territory optimization, product transitions and introduction, new sales programs, etc.
- Manage territory and quota process for headcount changes (new hires, terms, and transfers) and ensure quota coverage and governance
- Forecasting and Analytics
- Manage the forecast and reporting process for the geo/regions/districts you support including actively participating on weekly forecast calls
- Build reports and dashboards to track key metrics and KPIs to increase performance visibility and analyze the health of the business
- Monitor pipeline quality, working with sales to identify areas of improvement and create actionable plan
- Support quarterly business reviews with insights and strategic recommendations
- Deeply analyze sales data to provide your stakeholders with meaningful insights
ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
- 7+ years of experience at a fast-paced startup, tech company, top tier investment bank and/or management consulting firm
- Prior experience in sales operations, sales strategy, financial planning and analysis or equivalent function with significant exposure to sales teams
- Demonstrated understanding of SaaS go-to-market models, sales support roles, business metrics and growth best practices
- Ability to structure complex problems, derive insights from data, and influence diverse teams at varying levels of seniority
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with SFDC reporting and SQl. Knowledge of BI tools a plus (Tableau)
- High energy and contagious enthusiasm
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
- The estimated base salary range for this role is $154,000 - $215,200.
- Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.
The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
