We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Snap Lab Computer Vision and Software team. As the Technical Program Manager, you will organize development programs for our organization's deliverables. As part of our team, you will develop plans to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in both program management and software engineering. You will work closely with teams across different continents, specifically in Europe and the US. The position is located in Kfar Yehoshua, working in a hybrid home/office model.

What you'll do:
Drive programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
Work with the Computer Vision, Hardware, Design, and Software teams to help shape the goals of the organization as well as develop plans to implement them
Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
Interface with various third party and internal teams at Snap to enable high quality solution implementations
Articulate complex technical issues to key stakeholders and decision makers, in a clear and concise manner, to enable objective decision making
Analyze and report on program risks
In charge of technical supply to our Lab in Kfar Yehoshua
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail
Experience in using version control and bug tracking tools
Experience with agile processes
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in technical program management
Proven track record of delivering technical projects on time and to specification
Experience in using version control and bug tracking tools
Experience with agile processes
Preferred Qualifications:
BSc or MSc in engineering
5+ years of experience in technical program management from a global company, working with various stakeholders from diverse disciplines
Hands on experience with JIRA, Quip, GitHub or similar tools
Background in Software Engineering experience and knowledge
