Snapchat is seeking strong sales and marketing professionals to help build and drive Snapchats marketing and communication solutions to significant Telco players in the UK market. This role will establish and expand relationships with new clients, and continue to cultivate and grow relationships with key strategic partners. With proven understanding of both online and traditional media to develop industry-specific marketing relationships and drive company results by building and optimising complex opportunities with strategic clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling cross-network marketing solutions to multi channel advertisers. Having experience managing both brand and performance based campaigns, expertise in brand and performance based advertising products, and ability to leverage data and analytics to improve performance for digital campaigns is required. Sr. Client Partner must have strong consultative sales and analytical skills; thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment, and have a passion for Snapchat. Success in this position will require a proven ability to reach and influence executive level customers, media & creative agencies) close new business, and provide holistic marketing solutions, both on a local and global scale.

 

What you'll do:

  • Own and be accountable for quarterly + yearly revenue goals, pipeline management and growth goals across a diversified book of business 

  • Have a large and extensive network of relationships at the major Telco players and their respective media and creative agencies

  • Conduct market analysis to identify, prioritise, and secure business opportunities independently based on a deep understanding of your region and the business strategies of your customers

  • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, creative insights, campaign analysis and case studies

  • Develop strategic insights, highlight opportunities, and provide basic reporting on performance in their market or market vertical

  • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of appropriate sales and operational customer service, across both their own and vertical/regions book

  • Maintain deep expertise on Snapchat products and developments and leverage that understanding to identify cross-selling opportunities relevant to customers’ business goals

  • Develop and co-ordinate the best sales propositions/practices for client interaction, sales and service, keeping pace with innovation on the platform and ads products. Deciding the best service levels and support to maximise customers scale within their vertical or region

  • Consistently deliver on sales targets by taking ownership of a market segment and applying an entrepreneurial approach

  • Own reporting and stakeholder management for market vertical/market needs

  • Develop key stakeholder relationships internally at a global level to ensure your clients are maximising the opportunity on Snapchat and activating strategically and consistently across your region.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

  • 8+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales and/or online advertising experience

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to build trust with C-level clients by understanding their business needs and tailoring communications

  • Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision makers at advertisers and their agencies

  • Ability to win the support of internal stakeholders across product, marketing, and support teams, and advocate for your customers

  • A proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals, and achieving success within a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment

  • A team-first approach and commitment to developing the skills and careers of less experienced team members
