About the Role
We are continuing to build and expand Snaps Global Investment Programs team and have an exciting opportunity for a commercial and passionate team member who has a background working in either a media agency, media owner or procurement. The ideal candidate will have multi market experience and be sensitive to and understands the similarities and differences across all our markets.

Working from our London office your primary responsibility will be to support the Global Head of Agency programs and Global Head of Trading in order to optimise for long-term spend growth and ROI by improving the value of our partnerships to Snap and our media agency partners. Focusing on programme management and operational excellence you will aim to maximise the performance of Snap’s upfront programmes. This will involve analysing and tracking key data points, working closely with Snap’s in market Global sales teams and working hand in hand with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure that the programs we develop and execute drive revenue to exceed our company goals.
What you will do:
Partner with front-line sales reps, managers and sales leaders to launch and manage high-impact partnership programs with Agencies globally.
Provide consultation and expert guidance in structuring, positioning and negotiation of partnership agreements.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders - sales, finance, legal, product marketing, business marketing, measurement and operations - to ensure that Snap’s Agency investment programs are executed efficiently and managed successfully.
Partner with Global Head of Agency programs / Global Head of Trading and wider team in ongoing design, development, roll-out and management of Snap’s partnership programs.
Build meaningful connections and strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
Build trusted relationships with key industry partners, agencies and clients around partnership agreements.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of competitor offerings and market positions.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical or business related field or equivalent years of experience
5+ years of Global coordination and program management experience in Agency, Client media procurement or high growth Media Owner with an extensive understanding of TV and digital KPI tracking and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and drive activities to completion through strong ownership and attention to detail in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Experience working in the technology, media and advertising space, specifically across digital and mobile as well as different geographic markets.
Well-versed in concepts and practices of digital advertising sales, including auction marketplaces
Independent-minded, willing to challenge current processes with data-driven insights and decision-making.
Ability to present key messages and partner with internal and external stakeholders towards equitable outcomes.
Be highly articulate and be comfortable thinking on your feet, especially with senior decision-makers.
Be confident, possess a can-do attitude and enjoy developing and selling new partnership solutions.
Be a lateral thinker, able to approach a task in multiple ways until the desired outcome is achieved.
Excellent communication and organisational / collaboration skills with the ability to interact with those outside of Investment Management to deliver preferred outcomes.
Strong commercial awareness and strategic/business acumen.
Proficient in Google’s Suite of professional products.
