What you’ll do:
Be a recognized Mobile Advertising Solutions expert and collaborate with a group of Product Managers and Product Marketers to develop global go-to market strategies and plans, including product positioning, narrative, internal communications, and marketing activation strategies
Use market knowledge and analytical mindset to inform the roadmap, build global go-to market strategies, and coordinate ongoing marketing efforts to grow awareness, understanding, and adoption of Snapchat’s performance advertising solutions
Develop extensive market research to identify new growth opportunities through qualitative and quantitative analysis, constantly assess the capabilities and value proposition of our ad products via market trends, advertiser feedback, and competitive benchmarking in order to influence our monetization strategy
Drive successful cross functional alignment on go-to-market strategy and planning and track success metrics accordingly
Inspire and educate both internal and external teams on Snapchat’s performance solutions for advertisers
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Extensive knowledge of how to build ad tech for app developers
Ability to deliver and oversee 1P solutions such as targeting, measurement, optimization, etc.
Knowledge about app monetization models (IAA, IAP, freemium) and the tools these apps need to succeed
Strong understanding of the mobile app ecosystem, including auction dynamics, mobile app measurement and attribution, programmatic buying, and mobile ad networks
Ability to turn complex and nuanced concepts into simple actionable tasks
Excellent interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail
Ability to lead and mentor team members
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business, economics, marketing or equivalent years of experience
7+ years of experience in product marketing, internet technology, or other relevant digital marketing fields
Preferred Qualifications:
Track record of overseeing multiple products throughout their entire lifecycle: from pre-planning, to launch, to expanding features and maturing the solution post-launch
