The Finance Team includes Finance Business Partnership, Accounting, Finance Operations, Financial Systems, Internal Audit, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations teams. Together, the team partners with leadership to provide insights, information, and guidance to make strategic and operational decisions, inform investors about our business model and progress, and ensure the company is financially healthy and consistently meeting our reporting obligations.

We’re looking for a Senior Manager to join our Investor Relations team!

What you’ll do: 

  • Help form and lead a best-in-class, continually evolving investor relations strategy

  • Craft investor-facing messaging and materials, including scripts, presentations and Q&A docs 

  • Communicate directly and proactively with current and potential investors, and sellside analysts

  • Stay current on the company’s ~40 sellside analysts research and models

  • Work closely with internal colleagues to identify, understand and appropriately convey information to the investment community

  • Develop proactive investor targeting schedules, including NDRs and conference participation 

  • Help to maintain and continually enhance the company’s IR website

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Deep understanding of the institutional investor ecosystem

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Analytical expertise to understand and interpret earnings models 

  • Ability to collaborate and work with multiple internal and external constituencies

  • Superb organizational and planning skills 
     

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

  • Minimum of eight years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or investor relations or related field 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in TMT, preferably Internet sector, a plus
