We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Global Business Expansion to join Snap! As a Senior Manager, Global Business Expansion you will be leading a team of Business Expansion Leads & Associates working with our largest sales partners & advertisers across EMEA. You will be tasked with helping us lead the go to market sales expansion strategy across the EMEA region and collaborate with regional leaders, business marketing, legal, policy, product marketing, and creative strategy to ensure your regions are meeting their objectives. You will need to have experience developing go to market strategy across EMEA, natural leadership skills; the ability to coach, develop, and challenge your direct reports; and strong partner & client facing skills. Senior Manager, Global Business Expansion should have a deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem and a strategy on how they would accelerate growth in their region over the next year.

What you’ll do:
Have command of and be responsible for the growth of revenue for your region at Snap and be able to inform stakeholders on trends and needs for your region
Manage a team of Business Expansion Leads & Associates
Build & manage executive level relationships with key sales partners & advertisers
Hold your team accountable for revenue quotas & KPIs
Define, measure, & deliver KPI-driven regional strategy
Develop alignment and collaboration with your leadership & other key stakeholders
Understand regional trends and translate into strategic opportunities to drive the business
Work with leadership to put together accurate forecasts and quotas
Knowledge, skills & abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization (internally and externally)
Proven experience operating in and expanding revenue to new markets in EMEA
Strong network with advertisers, partners, & talent across EMEA
Proven ability to drive the sales partner & advertiser process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in a related area of study.
7+ years managing a team and managers
12+ years of experience in media/advertising, managing a team, & in-depth knowledge of the EMEA region and key advertising players
Experience working with compliance, legal, tax, & policy teams
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing sales partners &/or agencies in EMEA
Experience in managing a sales & account management team in EMEA
Experience in managing revenue & expanding to different countries across EMEA
