We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Council to join the People Team!

What you’ll do:

  • Design, manage and support implementation of all elements of the Europe and the Middle East regional Council program including Councils, events, retreats and trainings

  • Seek opportunities to partner with the business to deliver meaningful opportunities

  • Manage a team of Council facilitators and affiliated partners around Europe and the Middle East 

  • Set up new Council office spaces as they come online across the region

  • Engage new offices in the Council program

  • Facilitate Councils as needed

  • Other Council duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Experience effectively leading people in various geographical locations including international countries

  • Experience with small and large scale program development

  • Proven experience in project management

  • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional team skills, with demonstrated ability to partner, build strong relationships, and influence and communicate at all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent writing, presentation, and training skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize in a high volume environment

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience

  • Substantial professional experience in Human Development or similar with proven and demonstrable experience in the international space.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters/PHD in Counseling or Social Work 

  • Significant Council facilitation experience

  • Council Trainer certification 

  • Experience working in a multinational company.

  • A passion for Snap, Inc. and creativity

  • Proficiency in Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets

  • A passion for people and desire to consistently be a positive influence on the community.

  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
