We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketer to join Team Snapchat and focus on Snapchat’s performance products for advertisers! Working from our London office, you will partner closely with our Product Management & Sales teams to launch products and grow their adoption.

As a Product Marketer, you will conduct research and analysis to understand advertising solutions, identify key market trends, and lead initiatives to capture growth opportunities. You demonstrate a solid vision for how to bring products to market, be at ease in a fast paced and ambiguous environment, and showcase excellent problem solving and communication skills in order to drive impact across different teams. You will use your market knowledge and analytical mindset to properly inform the roadmap, build global go to market strategies, and coordinate ongoing marketing efforts to grow awareness, understanding, and adoption of Snapchat’s performance advertising solutions.

What you’ll do:

  • Be a recognized Direct Response expert and collaborate with a group of Product Managers and Product Marketers to develop global go-to market strategies and plans, including product positioning, narrative, internal communications, and marketing activation strategies

  • Lead extensive market research to identify new content opportunities through qualitative and quantitative analysis, constantly assess the capabilities and value proposition of our ad products via market trends, advertiser feedback and competitive benchmarking in order to influence our monetization strategy

  • Drive successful cross functional alignment on go to market strategy & planning and track success metrics accordingly

  • Inspire and educate both internal and external teams on Snapchat’s performance solutions for advertisers

  • Build frameworks and processes to structure conversations, create & socialize marketing initiatives, and drive alignment across teams and leadership

  • A team player who can successfully work cross-functionally with various stakeholder groups, both within Snapchat and across partner organizations, with minimal guidance

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or other related area of study

  • Proven experience in product marketing, internet technology or other relevant digital marketing work

  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing industry dynamics, especially performance advertising and eCommerce

  • Proven track record in launching products & drive global adoption to millions of people

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail

  • Strong public speaking skills and comfortable presenting to groups of 100 - 500+

Preferred qualifications:

  • At ease with data analytics tools, such as Looker & Excel, and working with Data Science or Data Engineering teams

  • Tracked record of public speaking experience
