We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Lead to join Team Snap! Working from our Los Angeles headquarters, you will lead key initiatives and programs for our Global Business Marketing team to drive strategic planning, process improvement, service delivery, and technology and system development. In this highly cross-functional role, your mission will be to operationalize marketing and GBM’s strategy, scale the team’s operating model globally, and create efficient and effective ways of working.
What you’ll do:
Drive Global Business Marketing’s annual and quarterly strategic planning and OKR process.
Drive ongoing process improvement initiatives, including identification, design, and implementation of processes that unlock value and enable the team to be more effective, efficient, and deliver results.

Partner with GBM teams and our Marketing Tech team to concept and optimize tooling in order to enable day-to-day workflows, as well as business planning and decision making.
Oversee the GBM project pipeline, resource allocation, and contractor sourcing processes.
Oversee GBM team budgets and partner closely with Ops Analyst to track the accuracy of forecasts.
Build strong partnerships with GBM Leads in order to be a source of truth in operationalizing and enabling teams to do their best work possible.
Partner with the Marketing Tech & Analyst team to create opportunities for reporting to aid in business planning and decision making.
Partner with GBM Business Affairs on scaling legal workflows and vendor/ partner relationships globally.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
8+ years of relevant marketing and operations experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters in business administration or other advanced degree.
Superb verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality decks and present with confidence to senior leaders.
Ability to maximize internal and stakeholder relationships across teams to plan and drive business goals.
Knowledge of the marketing data, systems, and tools, and the ability to provide strategic and proactive guidance.
A superb track record for project management and execution.
Analytical thinking and problem solving.
Demonstrated experience managing budgets and external vendors.
Demonstrated experience driving business results.
Experience building and executing a marketing strategy.
Experience across the entire marketing process, from needs assessment through measurement.
Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced setting.
Intellectual curiosity, drive and proactivity.
