We're looking for a Manager within the Health & CPG business on our Emerging Sales team. As a leader on the Emerging Sales team, you will manage a group of categories and subcategories, including Health and Fitness, Beauty, Food and Beverage, Home and Pet Care.
You will need to have natural leadership skills; the ability to coach, develop, and challenge both experienced and early-career sellers; and lead by example with strong senior level client-facing skills. You should have a deep understanding of the performance of top accounts within your book of business and a point of view on how to accelerate growth in these categories over the next 12-24 months. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the CPG industry and its agency ecosystem.

What you'll do:
Lead a high-performing sales team with an emphasis on revenue growth stemming from brand building, direct response, sponsorships and strategic partnerships within the Health and CPG verticals
Understand category and consumer trends and translate these into opportunities to drive growth of the business
Build and manage relationships with key senior clients and agency partners
Define, execute, and deliver KPI-driven sales management strategies
Coach, mentor and help grow high performers to drive cross-company collaboration and impact beyond achievement to quota
Assist Sales leadership with determining individual quotas and account lists for team members
Create an inclusive, diverse, empathetic & results-driven team culture
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent years of experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization (internally and externally)
Understanding of evolving measurement approaches to show impact on brand awareness, direct response/eCommerce, and in-store sales
Strong business strategy acumen and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Preferred qualifications:
2+ years of experience managing a team
8+ years experience in digital media space
Can facilitate meetings with multiple senior stakeholders
Pre-existing relationships with marketers & agency partners within the CPG and Health verticals
