We’re looking for an Interface Designer to join our team!

  • What you’ll do:

    • Help drive the platform design process through ideation, definition, exploration, and execution

    • Craft above and beyond design solutions that fulfills users’ needs while accounting for technical feasibility

    • Conceive of innovative new features and pitch those features to stakeholders

    • Contribute to strategic decisions with the rest of the design, product and development teams

    • Balance the needs of internal and external users of the platform

    • Regularly give and receive feedback on design decisions across enterprise design projects

    • Gather and evaluate user requirements and behavior

    • Conduct user research

    • Continue to improve aspects of our platform design system

  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and similar software

    • Exceptional communication skills and a history of teamwork and collaboration

    • Strong interaction design skills and passion for visual design

    • A quick learner and self-starter, with an ability to handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility

    • Resourceful, creative thinker with attention to detail

  • Minimum Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent years of work experience

    • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience

    • Technical background or familiarity with software engineering

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • A strong portfolio showcasing your work

    • Proven track record of shipping high quality products

    • Experience building design systems for CMS platforms
