As a Snap Engineering team member, you’ll help us build the future of communication.

We're looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join the Engineering team!  What you’ll do:

Drive the technical and organizational roadmap for the engineering team

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams distributed across multiple locations

• Build and grow a team of exceptional software engineers and technical leaders

• Influence key decisions on architecture and implementation of scalable, reliable, and cost-effective engineering solutions

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Experience with mobile apps and/or databases

• Background working with distributed systems

• Background working with both internal and external partners

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS/BA in a technical field such as Computer Science or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of software engineering experience

• 3+ years of experience in developing mobile applications on the iOS side.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience leading a team

• Familiar with Objective-C and specifically xcode and iOS programming
