The Strategy & Content team is responsible for the design, development, and execution of strategic initiatives, with a focus on driving product innovation, content creativity, and audience growth. The AR Platform Partnerships team’s vision is to grow Snap’s AR ecosystem by attracting, engaging, and supporting developers and ensuring that they are successfully building AR with Lens Studio. The team helps protect the long-term health of this ecosystem by constantly balancing the interests of AR creators and developers, our platform products like Camera Kit, content consumers, content creators, and Snap.

We’re looking for a Lens Studio Education, Learning and Training Manager in France to join Snap Inc! As a member of the AR Platform Partnerships team, you’ll be responsible for the developing educational opportunities within France and build towards our global ELT strategy. Work with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to maintain alignment of ELT strategy to divisional and corporate goals. Working from our Paris headquarters/office, you’ll collaborate with Camera Platform, Partner Engineering, Platform Partnerships, and Snap Lab to bring business value through AR technology initiatives with partners.

• What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain relationships to maximize our education opportunities to grow Snap’s AR Ecosystem and adoption of Lens Studio in EMEA 

  • Develop and implement strategies to support developers and the adoption of Lens Studio and Snap’s AR platform in EMEA

  • Develop AR specific curriculum and courses for universities and educational institutions in France and EMEA

  • Organize our Lens Studio documentation and self-paced learning materials into industry-standard structures

  • Analyze and report on the impact of education partnerships relationships with a critical and creative mindset

  • Help create and maintain systems to create cross-platform educational material that helps upskill the French creator and developer ecosystem with Lens Studio

  • Manage information flows and act as a subject matter expert to education institutions and monitor the success of advancing developers working with Snap’s AR ecosystem in France and EMEA

  • Organize and host AR hackathons at art and design universities and/or institutions and for talented creators and developers in the French ecosystem

• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, with high attention to detail

  • Passion for the latest VR/AR/MR/Visual Compute technologies

  • Experience working with industry leaders in AR real-time 3D, or technical graphics

  • Agile mindset and ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-moving environment

  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills

  • Strong analytical skills which allow for creative methods to achieve results and solve problems cross functionally

• Minimum Qualifications: 

  • BS/BA degree in a relevant field of study, or equivalent work experience 

  • 10+ years experience and a proven track record designing and delivering new, or relaunching existing, ELT initiatives and company or division-wide ELT strategies

  • Expert people and resource management skills
