We’re looking for a Computer Vision Engineer to join the Snap Lab Computer Vision Team at Snap Inc!

What You’ll Do:
Develop novel features for the next generation of AR products
Design, implement and integrate existing and new machine learning based algorithms for computer vision and augmented reality
Research new techniques to improve speed, quality of existing algorithms for computer vision
Contribute to state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms
Work with our computer vision team to deliver next-generation detection technology for AR systems (such as face, hand, body etc.)
Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and designers and will develop algorithms to create exciting products and breakthrough interactive experiences.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Outstanding problem solving skills
Ability to transform ideas into clean, fast and reliable code
Team player with great communication skills
Fluent in English
Minimum Qualifications
Advanced degree in a related field such as computer science or equivalent years of experience
Experience working with machine learning methods and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Caffe2 or related frameworks
Experience with C++ and Python
Preferred Qualifications
Industry experience in computer vision, machine learning or related fields
Solid foundation in computer vision (camera models, multi-view geometry, trigonometry, and/or linear algebra)
Experience implementing high-performance machine learning algorithms in embedded systems
The annual gross salary (38,5 hours / week) for this position is according to the collective agreement (IT-KV). We are offering a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
