We’re looking for a Business Marketing Web Producer to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Scaled Business Marketing team, you will manage our advertiser focused web property, For Business.Snapchat.com. This includes managing the digital content and maintaining design, ensuring both are current, consistent, accurate and in line with brand guidelines. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the overall health and performance of the digital property across desktop and mobile. As an experienced Webmaster, you must have strong technical and analytical skills, experience optimizing websites for SEO and design, and be detail oriented.

Working from our Santa Monica headquarters, you’ll collaborate with the rest of the Scaled Business Marketing team, Product and Data Science teams to measure the effectiveness of content and ensure they meet our KPI benchmarks, as well as provide insights back to our cross functional teams to help inform broader strategies.

What you’ll do:

  • Review and enhance our website through content management and design; ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with overall business and marketing strategies, while adhering to legal compliance.

  • Serve as website administrator to ensure alignment with the overall digital strategy; which includes approving and provisioning access and coordinating/publishing content, while ensuring continuity of content and design layout.

  • Ensure best practices are met to streamline navigation and overall information architecture, in order to improve the online experience for visitors

  • Modify digital standards and guidelines as needed, while partnering with the team’s Content Strategist, UX/UI Designers and Engineers.

  • Leverage analytics, market research and usability testing to create and continuously enhance ongoing content and design strategy.

  • Provide periodic on-call support to update digital assets during on call situations.

  • Manage XFN requests to launch and maintain website pages in addition to creating and maintaining training materials where applicable.

  • Set up events and labels that correlate to Google Analytics 360

  • Generate ongoing reports on website health, content performance and related insights.

  • Performs other web related duties as assigned.


 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to support and execute on content strategy

  • Ability to work and coordinate with a global team in different timezones to build and publish content.

  • Ability to quickly understand business and technical requirements.

  • Knowledge of compliance requirements for standards like GDPR and CCPA 

  • Knowledge of User Experience and Information Architecture.

  • Skilled in web technologies (tools, system software)

  • Knowledge of current web usability and accessibility best practices

  • Ability to leverage analytics, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), market research and usability testing to create and continuously enhance web content and design strategy.

  • Skill in strategic planning and knowledge of what it takes to contribute to and support a long term goal for content strategy.

  • Ability to provide direction on content management to align with overall business and marketing strategies.

  • Ability to contribute to, communicate and enforce the Web Standards of our digital assets

  • Ability to provide support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including on-call responsibilities and other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.

  • Skill in managing one’s own time and the time of others.

  • Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines.

  • Experience in building websites in Contentful or other Content Management Systems

  • Experience with Google Analytics 360

  • Proven track record of managing websites and measuring content performance


 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 4+ years of website administration experience
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B Marketing

  • Experience working collaboratively across all disciplines including: User Experience (UX), Project Management, and Analytics

  • Experience with overall UX/Design principles, enforcement of Style Guides and other Digital Web Standards

  • Passion for using data to influence decisions and grow a business

  • Proactively suggests updates on content and designs to produce continuous and measurable improvement

  • Experience with overall UX/Design principles, enforcement of Style Guides and other Digital Web Standards
