The Strategy & Content team is responsible for the design, development, and execution of strategic initiatives, with a focus on driving product innovation, content creativity, and audience growth. The AR Platform Partnerships team’s vision is to grow Snap’s AR ecosystem by attracting, engaging, and supporting developers and ensuring that they are successfully building AR with Lens Studio. The team helps protect the long-term health of this ecosystem by constantly balancing the interests of AR creators and developers, our platform products like Camera Kit, content consumers, content creators, and Snap.

We’re looking for an AR Training Program Manager to join Snap Inc!
What you’ll do:
Develop training content and deliver professional training for onboarding internal employees, external customers and partners, and teach others how to be successful Lens Studio trainers
Overall ownership and responsibility for Lens Platform training efforts
Develop a training/customer onboarding strategy for Lens Studio
Create training materials using internal resources, sourcing and managing partners and contracted AR content creators
Identify, recruit, manage and mentor a best-in-class team of professional Lens Studio trainers
Work cross functionally to identify and close gaps in the Lens Studio education experience
Manage information flows and act as a subject matter expert to internal and external partners with regard to monitor the success
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external partners
Passion for the latest VR/AR/MR/Visual Compute technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail
Expertise in instructional design and both on-ground and online professional training methodologies.
In-depth knowledge of training delivery systems, assessments and credentialing strategies.
Extensive experience working with industry leaders in AR real-time 3D, or technical graphics
Agile mindset and ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-moving environment
Strong public speaking and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills which allow for creative methods to achieve results and solve problems cross functionally
Expert people and resource management skills
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree in a relevant field of study, or equivalent work experience
7+ years experience with proven success developing training content, assembling/managing high performance teams and systems, preferably with technology companies in AR, real-time 3D or technical graphics.
Willing to travel up to 35%
