Responsibilities (4-6 bullets max - potentially more for senior roles)

  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS): Track and update candidate status, maintain accurate records, and generate reports to support hiring decisions and metrics.
  • Manage the recruitment process: Coordinate scheduling, communication, and logistics for candidate interviews, ensuring smooth and efficient candidate experiences.
  • Candidate communication: Serve as the secondary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Continuous process improvement: Identify and implement improvements to the recruitment process, streamlining workflows, enhancing candidate experience, and increasing hiring efficiency.

Key Competencies (5 bullets max)

  • Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, ensuring smooth coordination of recruitment activities and meeting deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records, manage data within an ATS, and ensure all scheduling and logistics are properly coordinated without error.
  • Problem Solving and Adaptability: Ability to think critically and adjust to changing circumstances or challenges in the recruitment process, ensuring smooth operations.

Experience (5 bullets max)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on documentation, process improvement, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and recruitment technology

Starting Compensation: $95,000 (This includes Base, Bonus and Equity)

Location: Las Vegas HQ - Onsite for 5 days per week
