T he Sr. Learning & Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and measuring the impact of learning and professional development offerings that support inclusive talent development. This person will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to design a roadmap that support s the mid and long-term needs of our global , hybrid workforce. The Sr. Learning & Development Specialist will take on projects , such as conducting a needs assessment with senior leadership, designing and delivering learning campaigns, curating a catalogue of training offerings for employees at various levels, and building a robust global onboarding program. We are looking for someone with significant experience in instructional design who leverages analytics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement of programs . This role reports into the Senior Manager, Global Employee Experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct needs analyses to understand organizational learning needs and inform strategy and roadmap.
- Design, develop and facilitate engaging and effective learning offerings that cater to diverse learning styles and levels within the organization .
- Leverage varied delivery methods including instructor-led training, e-learning, blended programs, and webinars.
- Craft and execute innovative and impactful learning paths with engaging campaigns to drive enrollment.
- Enhance and manage the global onboarding program, ensuring new hires are successful and supported during their first 90 days .
- Collaborate extensively with partners inside and outside of the HR organization.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously enhance Learning & Development programs: Establish metrics and measurement processes to assess the impact and success of training courses and development programs, develop scorecards to evaluate outcomes and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement and/or success.
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in the realm of instructional design, learning technology, and analytics.
Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related area.
- Proven gl obal experience in a multi-national technology company.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing professional development strategies and roadmaps.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills to all levels of staff required ; effective virtual facilitation strongly preferred.
- Highly skilled in excel data analysis, identifying trends, and translating results into action.
- Ability to work collaboratively with global, cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of instructional design methodology and adult learning theory.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and tools.
- Demonstrates discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information or data.

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $87,463 - $162,431 USD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus, equity package and a comprehensive benefits package.
