What you will do:
- Be responsible for migrating quality tools into Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Tableau. Utilize programming skills to create modules with calculated fields and fields that enable database linkage for validation.
- Execute procedures/process/activities related to quality management system so that quality requirement for product and/or services will be fulfilled. Automate manual processes whenever possible Python, SQL etc

- Review all quality processes
- Identify areas for automation
- Design, code, test, and implement automation
- Work with process owner to prioritize (work on those with highest return in productivity improvement and cost saving)
- Work with process owners to increase workflow efficiency
- Implement and maintain workflow changes after testing
- Integrate data sources from SAP via data warehouse to enable field verification.
- Continual improvement methodologies (TQM, DMAIC, PDCA, Six-Sigma, Lean, etc)
- Basic quality control tools (flowcharts, Pareto, fish-bone, cause and effect diagrams, control charts, scatter diagrams, and histograms)
- Corrective Action: problem ID, failure analysis, root cause analysis, containment, recurrence control, verification of effectiveness
What skills you will need:
- BS/MS in Engineering with coursework in Quality Management/Engineering
- Knowledge in SQL or any programming language; C/C++, VisualBasic, Python
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Tableau
- Ability to read and understand technical documents.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
