Responsibilities
  • Define and drive architecture for scalable compute platform
  • Drive AI/ML strategy for IoT edge applications by enabling end2end solution for customer
  • Skills: Key technical focus areas
    • Basic core-compute architecture - ARM cores, AXI/AHB interface
    • High performance - external memory interface
    • Performance modeling from core -complex to SoC level
    • Virtualization & Isolation at SoC level
    • Should have a strong grip on general SoC architecture - boot, power management, clock & reset, debug & security.
    • Experience in key architecture care-abouts for PPA. Power estimation, die size estimation & basic technology fundamentals
  • Driving key competitive analysis which will require conclusive take-away for design, specification and fighting guides. Input would be tear-down at die level and various spec analysis.
  • Driving whole portfolio of products (scalable) with clear mapping to target applications.
    • Ability to deep-dive into applications to understand key-value and close collaboration with system team
    • Ability to define unique value and competitive positioning
    • Good understanding of HW technology
  • Own Product Requirement document for compute platform: Should be able to translate various high-level requirements to clear product requirement document (Why & What)
  • Should have full SoC flow know how from definition to production and should have been hands-on in more than one functional areas
  • Excellent communication skills, to translate complex issues & wider topics into executive level summaries.
    • In this role you should be responsible to present technical overview, competitive landscape analysis, product position of why we will win.
  • Ability to traverse through cross-functional teams, the role requires very high collaboration with Segment Managers in various BUs and key architects & designers in HW/SW R&D teams

Skills You Will Need
  • Own Product Requirement document for compute platform: Should be able to translate various high-level requirements to clear product requirement document (Why & What)
  • Experience in key architecture care-abouts for PPA. Power estimation, die size estimation & basic technology fundamentals

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $159,635 - $296,464 USD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus, equity package and a comprehensive benefits package.
